We will ask for a credit card deposit for 50% of the total cost to secure your booking.  If you would prefer to send a cheque as a deposit, we request that it covers the whole amount of your accommodation.   

We will send you confirmation of your booking by email or post.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation with 7 or more days notice, we will return the  deposit. 

For cancellations between 3 and 6 days, we will not be able to return the deposit, unless we can re-let the accommodation. 

With less than 3 days notice of a cancellation, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount for the accommodation, unless we can re-let the room.
