Events

The Piddle Inn holds a variety of events throughout the year many of these have become a long standing tradition, no more so than our annual Duck Race raising money for Piddletrenthide United. This event stretches back more than ten years and is a great day out for the whole family.

Other events include our Fathers Day Charity Cider Festival which as well as an extensive outside cider bar includes Live Music (all day), BBQ/Hog Roast, skittles, spray art and many other attractions.

Moving through the year throughout the autumn months a variety of specialty supper evenings are a popular way to relax and enjoy something different, last year saw a wonderful Game supper night all supplied from the hills of the piddle valley.

Rounding off the year is our Christmas shopping night with stalls from a range of people and suppliers, anything from Quantock Abby wines and local cheese, to jewellery, shoes and handbags, even the Body Shop and Thornton’s chocolates...

Our last hurrah for the year is our New Years Eve Party.  This is an occasion for all with a fantastic turn out from the local community this is a night guaranteed not to disappoint.  Kicked off with one of our finest menus of the year followed by live music/disco and fancy dress if you feel like entering the competition...

All of these events throughout the year are only the tip of the ice berg here at the Piddle Inn, there are many other nights and events well worth a visit such as our charity Race Night for plush cricket club, various quiz’s and much much more...
